Catherine Davis serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for AOM Infusion, where she leads the development and implementation of proactive compliance programs that reduce risk, ensure regulatory readiness, and promote clinical excellence. In addition to leading the compliance team, she also provides legal counsel on healthcare regulatory and general corporate matters. Her work fosters a strong culture of accountability across the organization.
With over a decade of experience in health care compliance, legal, and regulatory strategy, Catherine brings deep expertise in complex healthcare transactions, general corporate strategies, HIPAA compliance, audits, and clinical operations oversight. She also has experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, ensuring continuity of care and excellence through organizational transitions. Her specific background working in the infusion pharmacy industry informs her guidance to AOM Infusion’s Board of Directors and executive team. At AOM, she applies this knowledge to build compliance programs that enhance patient care, minimize risk, and enable long-term success in a highly regulated environment.
Catherine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in English and History from Southern Methodist University. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, and the American Health Law Association (AHLA).
