Karmen Stowe serves as the Vice President of Trade Relations and Supply Chain for AOM Infusion. In her role, Karmen drives quality and value for the organization by developing and maintaining strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, suppliers and group purchasing organizations based on trust, transparency and accountability. She also oversees all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, contracting and inventory management, effectively managing inventory levels and minimizing the impact of shortages on patient care. With a strong understanding of the infusion care market, Karmen designs and proposes business strategies that respond to changing market conditions, new business opportunities and cost reduction initiatives.
Karmen has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, with more than 20 years at AOM Infusion. In her time at AOM, Karmen has developed strong, lasting, invaluable relationships with trade and supply partners that made her a vital member of AOM’s leadership team. Through her deep industry expertise and strong relationship-building skills, Karmen contributes to the overall success of the company by managing AOM’s pharmaceutical supply chain and trade relations.
Karmen has an associate’s degree from Tarrant County College, is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and holds a Supply Chain and Inventory Management certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. Outside of work, Karmen enjoys baking and decorating cakes, traveling, attending her children’s sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
