Lindsay Battles serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for AOM Infusion. She provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s HR operations and is responsible for setting, enforcing and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures and best practices as well as identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. With the goal of making AOM Infusion more people-centric, Lindsay inspires the team, encourages collaboration and creates an employee experience that is meaningful and enjoyable.
Lindsay has over 20 years of experience as an HR leader in the health care industry. Starting as an HR coordinator for a home health and hospice company, Lindsay has progressively grown her career through roles at a senior living facility, rehabilitation hospital and most recently as the Corporate HR Director for a multinational health care services organization. As an organized and strategic planner with a passion for creating positive employee experiences, Lindsay serves as a strong leader for the HR function at AOM.
Lindsay has a bachelor’s degree in health studies from Texas Woman’s University, an MBA from the University of Texas, Tyler and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Outside of work, Lindsay spends most of her evenings and weekends on the soccer field watching her three boys play. She is also an avid reader and foodie who loves to try new restaurants and watch Food Network.
