Deon DeFreitas serves as the Chief Sales Officer for AOM Infusion. With a background in sales and health care, he brings essential health care management leadership to the AOM Infusion team with a focus on strategically building a sales force and critical partnerships that will enable execution of the organization’s initiatives.
Deon has over 20 years of diverse health care experience. He has held multiple leadership positions promoting a wide range of health care products and services and has been an entrepreneur in the home infusion industry. His entrepreneurial and multi-disciplinary approach enables him to execute on multiple levels. Deon is known for successfully building high performing, award winning teams and has significant experience in sales force build outs.
Deon attended Essex County College and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has been awarded the Regional Sales Director of the Year two years in a row and received the 2021 awards for Growth and Circle of Excellence as a Regional Sales Director. When he is not working, Deon enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with his family.
