Murrie Fichtner serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for AOM Infusion. She is responsible for the leadership, oversight and optimization of all billing and collection functions within the organization, ensuring the efficient and effective management of finances across all company practices. Murrie collaborates closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue optimization and financial sustainability to scale with business growth. She loves building dynamic teams and creating effective processes to assist AOM in providing outstanding patient care.
Murrie has over 30 years of experience in revenue services including pharmacy operations, sales, intake, billing and collections. Before joining AOM Infusion, Murrie served in leadership roles for a variety of home and specialty infusion organizations, helping to develop and promote maximum business growth through careful evaluation, strategic planning and execution.
Murrie studied biology at Texas State University. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the lake, cooking, gardening and spending time with family. Murrie is also an active member of Charlotte Beer Snobs and the Stonewater Wine Club.
